What is a facial?
A facial is a beauty treatment for your face. Facials use everything from oils, creams, gels and serums to massage, to give you cleaner, healthier, brighter skin. We offer different styles of facial’s (see below)
What is a facial good for?
This depends largely on the type of facial that you have. The titles and descriptions of facials give you a vague idea of their general intention. The general aims of most facials are the same:
- To cleanse: This helps to remove the layer of dead skin cells and deep-clean pores to help prevent acne and dull skin.
- To balance the different areas of facial skin, and improve the texture, general health and appearance.
- To re hydrate (moisturise) and nourish your complexion.
- To tighten and brighten, making you look younger, firmer, fresher and lovelier! Pretty much all facials will cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise your skin. Just having a facial should make you feel pampered, and most facials will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, and your skin feeling softer and cleaner.
Thermal modelling Facial - Regenerates your complexion. A deep cleansing and purifying treatment that works wonders on sluggish skin that needs regenerating.
Alpha Facial - Brighten your complexion. This treatment incorporates Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) that brighten and clarify the complexion.
Ampoule Facial - For concentrated beauty results. Concentrated serums are used in this treatment; there is a treatment for both oily and dry skin.
Essential Oil Facial - Release the senses, the ultimate in relaxation. Your skin is cleansed, toned, peeled and massaged.
SOS Facial - Revive your complexion. This treatment will help to protect your skin from the harmful effects of pollution.
Express Facial - Quick pick me up facial, ideal lunchtime treat.
Active Collagen – Bio Facial - The ultimate hydrating facial treatment. This treatment has been designed to reduce the signs of aging using freeze-dried collagen.
Aqua Visage Facial - For radiant younger looking skin. This treatment uses one of four specialised transdermal masks, depending upon your skin type.
Allow 30minutes to 1hour 30 minutes dependant upon the type of facial.
